Everything is nice here, had a just perfect stay in a beautiful Krakow-old town. Make sure to get double room with 2 single beds and nice-clean bathroom. The staff are super-friendly, they keep the place fairly clean. Hotel's breakfast is warm with pancakes made to order and pancakes.

Of course, we would recommend it to anyone. Popular and clean place, the rooms are brand-new and a nice size. The breakfasts is hot with lots of food:)))

What a little gem! We were initially unsure about this hotel due to mixed reports, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were responsive and efficient, arranging a double room for us and organizing taxis. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and our room was immaculate with a comfortable double bed. The hot breakfasts were average, but the cold buffet made up for it. The bar was reasonably priced and the location was convenient with buses into town every 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

With public transport a bit far from the inner city (definetely more than 2 bus stops) and you had to pay extra for Fitness and Sauna facilities.

The location for sure was a disappointment as well as the size of the room. a side note-the hotel set us up for our trip to the the concentration camps and I must say that the driver was just terrible. he left us sitting in the van at the hotel while he took care of personal errands and blocked the tour bus in the driveway. on top of that it almost appeared he was on something and had no sensativity to the fact he was driving us to auschwitz!!! The radio was blaring loud and he was on the phone talking away. It really effected the whole trip there. I had to ask him to turn down the radio twice!

Great location, close to Quattro Business Park and city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern hotel. Excellent food, especially breakfast.

The hotel is great, very clean, good breakfast, very big room, silent and confortable.

Rather far away from city center, it's better to have a car, otherwise there is only one bus going to city center, in crowded Krakow traffic. No coffee/tea facilities in the room, no garbage basket in the room (only in the bathroom), no refrigerator (no mini-bar...). You have to pay in order to use the gym facilities.

The hotel was nice, quite, clean, modern. The hotel services was beyond expectation, every day cleaned, fill in bottles of water. I recommend.

The air condition was probably working, but the chance to change lower temperature wasn´t possible.

Hotel is about 5km away from city centre and public transport can be limited at times although closest bus stop is very near. There is 24/7 gas station near but not much anything else.

The value for money at this hotel was great! The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was really nice. The staff, including the ladies in training, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The WiFi worked well throughout the hotel, both in the room and at breakfast.

The breakfast experience could have been better if the coffee/cappuccino tasted better. It was a bit disappointing, as it tasted like warm bathwater.

Huge comfort double room with views of city. A wide array of fresh food at breakfast time. Location really close to Krakow for leisure, which serves great Polish food and the bus stop to the downtown.
